The Children of the World
We see children in the world withvery little to eat,
rags on their backs and no shoes
on their feet.
We see children in the streets,
hungry and sad for mom and dad
left them when times got bad.
We see children with no home,no
place to go,
no where to take shelter when the
cold winds blow.
What can we do to save the children
of the world from this life of
uncertainty and shame?
It's up to us it's the adults who
are the blame.
If we would only give a little of
our time and a lot of our heart,
it would be greatly appreciated
and a wonderful start.
